San Rafael Police Department
Objective
The primary goal of this project was to create engaging recruitment videos for the San Rafael Police Department, spotlighting individuals from various departments and the impact of their roles. The secondary objective was to inspire potential recruits by showcasing the community impact and diverse career opportunities available.
Results
Lock Stone Media collaborated with the San Rafael Police Department to carefully plan and produce eight recruitment videos. By conducting in-depth interviews with department personnel, we captured authentic stories highlighting the dedication and spirit of the police force. These narratives were filmed with additional social media footage to ensure a cohesive content strategy across all platforms.

The project culminated in the successful delivery of eight inspiring videos, which have played a crucial role in enhancing the department's recruitment efforts. These videos effectively communicate the opportunities for personal growth and community involvement available at the San Rafael Police Department, leading to increased interest and engagement from potential recruits.
